Australian Orders

giftstotreasure.com.au offers the following shipping options within Australia:

• Australia Post Registered Parcel: Costs are based on weight and items will be fully insured
• Australia Post Express Post: Faster delivery but no insurance included

International Orders

International orders will be sent through Australia Post airmail based on weight. Shipping costs are only a estimate and we reserve the right to change the price. Insurance is included in shipping costs. Please note that the only payment method available for international buyers is Paypal.

Returns

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund/return please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods.

Products need to be returned to us within 7 days in their original condition if your return/refund is accepted. Postage costs will not be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
